We are looking for a Head of Data for an AI powered SAAS start-up, which helps people build professional website from scratch without the need for an expert team,

What You Will Be Doing

As the Head of Data, you will play a crucial role in owning the business and product side of data and analytics. Working closely with the management team, you will devise the company strategy based on quantitative inputs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the data bridge across various teams including sales, finance, product, marketing, and leadership

  • Being the first to notice significant quantitative changes across the business

  • Owning investor metrics and company-wide reporting

  • Making data actionable by mastering ETL and automation tasks

What The Company is Looking For

To excel in this role, the company is seeking a candidate with extensive startup experience, both on the product and business side. You should be comfortable with code and have the ability to execute on solutions or infrastructure. In addition, the following qualifications are required:

  • You have extensive startup experience, both on the product and business side

  • You’re comfortable with code to execute on solutions or infra

  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to help others understand data

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Airflow and Zapier

  • A track record of saying no to random data requests that won't lead anywhere
